The label in the costume half that I have describes Collegeville Costumes, Collegeville, Pa, although really, this piece was make in Taiwan. The costume half is 100% Vinyl exclusive of ornamentation (I'm not certain whether this would exclude the mask, or merely the string tie that fastens at the neck.)
